Dr. MacVane is a full spectrum Family Medicine Physician with a passion for sexual and reproductive health, office based procedures, LGBTQIA+ healthcare, perimenopause/menopause healthcare. She advocates and teaches LGBTQIA+ healthcare to medical providers in order to eliminate healthcare disparities. She is WPATH certified. Her priority focus is to build long lasting relationships with patients and families of all ages to deliver compassionate, culturally sensitive and affirming care for all patients.
